We offer a number of pricing options as follows:

Option 1 (1st Floor Apartment): Exclusive use of the lake, apartment and large items of fishing tackle for up to four anglers is priced at £1350 per week.

 

Option 2 (Ground Floor Apartment): Exclusive use of the lake, apartment and large items of fishing tackle for up to four anglers is priced at £1500 per week.

 

Option 3 (Entire Property): Exclusive use of the lake and entire property for up to four anglers and three non-anglers. £1750 per week.

 

Our fishing week runs from Saturday to Saturday.

 

Subject to availability, additional days may be available and are charged for on a pro-rata basis.

A discounted price is available for anyone booking for 2 consecutive weeks. Please contact us for details.

 

A £240 deposit is required on booking with the balance paid 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. Full payment is required if the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday.

 

A £200 security deposit is required per party.

 

Optional extras that are available include:

 

Airport Pick-up: £120 from Limoges Airport/Station, £240 from Bergerac
